Travel fees apply for home visits, and are not covered by insurance.

Here is a visual map showing distance zones from my office in La Crescenta, CA. These zones are used to estimate travel distance and associated fees.

The circles represent approximate driving distance ranges:

• Inner zone: 0 to 2 miles (no travel fee)

• Middle zone: 2 to 5 miles ($50 travel fee)

• Outer zone: 5 to 10 miles ($100 travel fee)

If your home is outside the outer circle, please contact me BEFORE booking a home visit.

Virtual visits or office-based care do not include travel fees.
